MEMS Infinity manufactures a wide variety of MEMS devices, including electrostatic and electromagnetic sensors and actuators. MEMS Infinity is also one of the industry’s few foundries offering a portfolio of PZT thin films, which are piezoelectric materials that transduce electrical energy to mechanical energy and vice-versa.
MEMS Infinity features a 20,000 square-foot cleanroom housing 150mm and 200mm wafer fabrication lines — which include PZT-specific patterning equipment and proprietary high-figure-of-merit epitaxial-PZT (epi-PZT) thin film deposition. The foundry is located in Amagasaki, Japan.
